How CAN I use the images?

Accepted Answer

Each purchased image comes with a personal and professional or single-business commercial rights usage license and may be re-purposed as many times as you like for many different online and print purposes.
 
There are so many ways you can use them to get more visible online, grow your brand and build the empire of your dreams, including:
 
♥ All over your website: backgrounds, hero images, headers, banners, buttons, all your pages, listing pics, sidebar navigation etc
 
♥ On your Blog as headers and those all-important Pinterest pins
 
♥ Social Media Graphic from Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and in all their platform-specific features
 
♥ Displaying your awesome products or services or portfolio work
 
♥ On all your print media and other branded materials
 
♥ Digital and Email marketing like ads, announcement and promotions
 
♥ Digital products such as courses, slide decks, workbooks, ebooks, printables, pdfs or other downloads where the primary value of the final product is the content itself, not the artwork/photo/design and as long as the images themselves may not be extracted.

How CAN'T I use the images?

Accepted Answer

Each purchased image comes with a personal and professional or single-business commercial rights usage license and may be re-purposed as many times as you like for many different online and print purposes. There are however a few things you cannot do with them:
 
♥ Most importantly, images may not be resold, re-licensed, sub-licensed, redistributed, transferred, loaned, leased, shared, made available for download or given, in any form, to any third parties or anyone else
 
♥ You CANNOT use these images for clients and customers unless they have bought the images themselves and only then would they be allowed to give you the images to work with, while you knowing the specific images(s) is for that specific client only and may not be used for anyone else
 
♥ You CANNOT sell or give-away the images as standalone files (individually or in bundles) or create derivative products from these images in either digital or physical form such as but not limited to, templates, screen-savers, themes, digital calendars, graphics, desktop calendars, wallpapers, prints, mugs, tote bags, stickers, clipart, vectors, svgs, or anything else for sale where the primary value of the final product is the artwork/photo design and not the content itself. (If this is something you would like to do please contact me for an extended license)
 
♥ You CANNOT use any part of these images as part of a logo or for commercial purposes where the images are used as the main part in an end product for sale. (If this is something you would like to do please contact me for an extended license)
 
♥ Photos may not be used for anything illegal, immoral, offensive, pornographic or in a defamatory way
 
♥ You may not claim that you, your business or someone else is the original creator of any images.

Question 3

Can I use the images as part of templates, themes or prints made for the purpose to sell?

Accepted Answer

♥ You are more than welcome to use images within a template or theme as a sample but you are not permitted to sell any of the images (individually or as a bundle) inclusive of the template or as part of the final theme or similar type products intended for sale to multiple people. For example, you may use the images in a website template for online viewing purposes but you are not allowed to include the images in the final sale of the website design, without the client purchasing those images themselves.
 
This includes any templates such as Canva templates or website template that you may want to advertise and sell on platforms like Creative Market or Etsy etc. If you would like to include images in your templates for resale purposes please contact me for an extended license

Can I use these photos for client work?

♥ You CANNOT use these images for clients and customers unless they have bought the images themselves and only then would they be allowed to give you the images to work with, while you know that that image is for that specific client only and may not be used for anyone else
 
♥ You are more than welcome to use the images to show clients as sample design work but you may not use any of the images in the final products unless your clients have bought the images themselves. For example, you may use the images in a website template for online viewing purposes but you are not allowed to include the images in the final website design without the client purchasing those images themselves.

Can I edit the images?

Accepted Answer

♥ Yes, of course you can! All you need to do is open your images in your fav image editing program. Mine are Photoshop & Lightroom but you may prefer others like Canva or PicMonkey etc.
 
♥ You are more than welcome to do all sorts of things to them to make them uniquely your own and to make them fit your brand how you need them too. This may include: playing with aspect rations, cropping, rotating, flipping, adding text, changing colours or resizing it however you may need it. You may also add elements, products, designs, colour and text overlays and fav filters.

How many times can I use the images?

♥ Images may not be resold, re-licensed, sub-licensed, redistributed, transferred, loaned, leased, shared, made available for download or given, in any form, to any third parties or anyone else.

Question 7

What size are the images? Specs, dimensions and resolution?

Accepted Answer

♥ Most images are 5760 x 3840px (3840 x 3840 if square) high resolution, flat, Jpg files at 300 DPI. You are more than welcome to change the size and resolution of the images as and when you need them, depending on what you need them for. Their high resolution means they are perfect for all your printing needs. And for online purposes, you can crop images into multiple different images without any pixelation occurring.

How many photos are in the stock library?

Accepted Answer

♥ Currently, there are 7 collections which include over 750 images that all cohesively work together, with 1 new collection including a minimum of 75 images added every 2nd month.
 
♥ There are also many matching Canva templates available with new ones added every month, so there will always be fresh content to use each month.

Question 9

Do you I need to credit anyone when using the images?

Accepted Answer

♥ Nope, not at all. With Love Monique, retains the original copyright and even though no credit is required you may not claim that you, your business or someone else is the original creator of any images.
 
♥ I would love to see how you use these images and although no credit is required it would be really awesome and give me all the feels if you could tag me @withlovemonque (Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook) and use the #withlovemonique on your socials for me to be able to see how you use them and to be able to feature you in my Insta Stories.
